Honest audit of what remains conjectural vs what the simulation suite already validates. Phase 5 (sim_70–80) closed several cosmology, GR-bridge, and toy-model gaps; entries below reflect the updated status.

  • Standard Model gauge group and three generations from braids

    Partial — sim_56 U(1) + sim_77 SU(2) transport

    Integer windings, U(1) holonomy, and non-commuting SU(2) loops from ψ transport are validated; full SM gauge group + three generations + anomalies still open.

  • Full step-by-step GPE → acoustic metric derivation

    Mostly closed — sim_80 + derivation doc

    Pen-and-paper steps in context/acoustic_metric_derivation.md; sim_80 convergence audit to 1024² matches sim_58/64 gates. Remaining gap: full covariant stress-tensor → Einstein equations.

  • Variable G(z) vs BBN, CMB, and growth / lensing (μ–Σ)

    Mostly closed — sim_70–72 Boltzmann + BBN

    sim_70–71 (CAMB μ(a,k)) + sim_72 real plik_lite TT likelihood (Cobaya) + BBN χ² with ΛCDM H(z). Optional overnight `--full --max-samples` α_mix scan.

  • UV completion / RG at the Planck scale

    Partial — sim_59 + sim_66 + sim_73 IR bridge

    sim_73 maps block-spin plateau to cosmological z_IR and passes sim_46 PPN with derived cutoff. Planck-scale field-theory RG still open.

  • Higgs / electroweak symmetry breaking in the vortex picture

    Partial — sim_65 (3D real) + sim_78 (complex doublet)

    sim_78: U(1)-charged two-component 160³ Mexican-hat GPE on GPU. EW quantum numbers / collider fits still open.

  • Neutrino masses, seesaw, PMNS from chiral modes

    Partial — sim_76 geometry + sim_61 χ²

    sim_76 derives PMNS angles from sim_26 braid separations (no ad hoc Δθ); full seesaw and absolute mass scale still open.

  • Bell / entanglement from GPE dynamics (not postulated rules)

    Partial — sim_74 GPE-linked Bell

    sim_74 couples measurement statistics to GPE phase strings and passes CHSH; full dynamical collapse / detector back-action still open.

  • Koide relation from vortex eigenmodes (not PDG mass fit)

    Partial — sim_75 radial eigenvalues

    sim_75 tests K=2/3 from lowest radial modes + Z₃ ansatz; sim_07 remains a phenomenological PDG fit — see sim_75 for the eigenvalue path.

  • Near-term falsifiable forecasts with error bars

    Partial — sim_62 meta-table + sim_72 Planck χ²

    Pinned |Δ|/σ rows plus sim_72 Δχ² vs ΛCDM on plik_lite TT bands; not yet a full joint Cobaya nested sampler.
