Joint **Planck plik_lite** TT likelihood (Cobaya `TT_lite_native`, ~230 binned multipoles) + **BBN** + SVT growth on fixed Λ\LambdaCDM H(z)H(z).

What it proves

Δχ2\Delta\chi^2 vs Λ\LambdaCDM <5<5 when growth-only μ(a)\mu(a) is included; BBN YpY_p unchanged when fG=1f_G=1 at z>30z>30.

Relation to current theory

Run `--full` after `cobaya-install planck_2018_highl_plik.TT_lite_native -p data/cobaya`; `--fast` keeps CI smoke.
